Very impressed with Tracy. She helped me get through a surgery that I was ready to cancel due to my anxiety. She was very patient and understanding with my anxiety and helped me so much that the day of surgery I had no problem walking into hospital and having no anxiety at all. I am a believer that she can help a lot of people who have anxiety like I did. So glad I found her.

I joined a group hypnosis session and I worked on my fear. In the days and weeks after the session, I noticed myself doing things without limited beliefs getting in my way and doing things that I would normally be standoff-ish with. What a great session. Thank you Tracy!!!!

I met Tracy for the first time a few months ago at a WESOS (Women Entrepreneur Secrets of Success) meeting. My sessions here break through my trauma, guilt, grief. Her kind gentle guidance helps me focus - which is a miracle of God, seriously, because my brain never stops. I am able to follow, stop the intrusive negative thoughts which is mow helping my self esteem and feelings of sanity. The heavy brick feeling in my stomach is gone! (You know if you know ) It is an investment in myself and so worth it. Highly recommended

I have never been hypnotized before. I don’t know that I have ever been comfortable enough with anyone before to allow myself to have this experience.
