Purchased a vape device through an online order before holidays, picked it up and was advised by the teller that if there are any issues with the device to bring it back for a refund. Worked fine the first 2 uses then the extract started leaking through the spout. Returned to the store after holidays, a week later and was ad used that they could not provide a refund due to the packaging not being returned (was never advised of this).
