Second time I visit this store and ending up disappointed. Spent some time on selecting some premium flower and then having them redirect me to weed that's on sale having to come home and break it up and it's full of seed must have found 80+ seeds in the flower no wonder why it was on sale and seeing the two sales clerks smile and grin at each other when he made the deal with me buying the seeded weed almost makes it look like they knew the weed was garbage will not be going back here very disappointed
From my first visit to the 1980 Ogilvie Road, Ottawa location I have been impressed with the level of service, and the knowledge the people have. They are friendly, have answered any questions I have had and have never made me feel rushed. This is my go-to location.
Decent selection sure.... No idea who the clientele here is with all the rave reviews about "great pricing" but most product here is 10-15$ more than most other shops around town. I'd highly recommend comparing prices to other shops in the area before burning extra money for no good reason.

Ripped off by this store do not go, bought moisture packs for my flower that we hard and clearly very old, tried to enhance them and was told there was nothing wrong with them, I have bought the same moisture packs every year off amazon and never had this issue, the manager told me it was my fault and that he couldn't take them back or exchange them for a quality product, do not go here
