They have a good understanding of what they're doing, but I also know this field from the past three years. I gave them my store because I didn’t have time to manage it myself. This company has done a really good job in managing my Amazon store. I currently have more than 10 businesses running in the USA, but with this particular business, I never need to worry about things going right or wrong. I hired a dedicated VA with my premium plan who provides quick responses and analytics whenever I need them. If you can afford it, you should consider entering their premium plan.
