Every single time I have issues with your garbage internet the more I wanna throw the equipment through your front window and walk away. That is how bad you are your service is the worst in the world imo you will never get any of my money that is for damn sure! Edit: had to have a independent contractor come out to fix it you as a company need to close business there has been a fracture break my my fiber so anytime someone farts near my house it goes out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awful customer service. I can't believe I found an internet provider worse than Comcast. Your company is an embarrassment. Internet speeds are atrocious.

Technical support is unprofessional and can't resolve anything. WiFi in my apartment has been very spotty - barely able to load a Google page. Call six times and every time all they did was to reboot the router and said someone would further investigate and call me back and I never have got a call back once...Please avoid.
