I recently tried to get an eyebrow waxing appointment. I called earlier in the day asked them the hours they said they closed at 8 on tbat pRticular day and I also asked if they took walk ins. I was told they did. I showed up at 6:30 p.m. door was locked. A woman came to the door said "sorry everyone has left." She didn't even ask what I was there for or anything. I won't be going back there again.

I recently went to Salon Inspire after reading reviews on a few other sites. I have to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I called the morning of and requested a color correction that day bc I was in a bind (this is not my normal salon) and while I do appreciate them squeezing me in, I now fully regret going there. i will never go back. i was getting my hair cut and in the middle was left sitting while the girl worked on someone else. unfriendly and costlt. $35 a cut with no wash. r u kidding me.
