Renee is an amazing physio yoga instructor with an excellent understanding of the muscular skeletal system. The weekly group classes has become an essential part of my week. The vibe is very welcoming with small groups made up of people of all shapes & ages. I highly recommend Inspire Physio & Yoga.

Inspire physio is the best! I have been seeing Renée for a long time with chronic shoulder issues and she provides heaps of relief. Her hands on approach is incredible and I always leave feeling so much better.
Everything said by the other reviewers is true. Renée is a one-off; competent, caring, effective and, bonus, great fun to work with. Her small group yoga classes are booked out for a reason. No-one ever leaves.
