Best physio I’ve had. Listened and developed exercises that helped so much. I actually did the exercises regularly, as they were straightforward and I experienced benefit right from the start. I have stopped attending as my problem (which was previously getting quite debilitating) has resolved. Would definitely go back if I need physio in the future. Thanks Liza 😊
