This physical therapy office is hands down the best in Northern California. Alan is an amazing physical therapist who treats his clients like long time friends. Not only is he great at what he does but he genuinely cares about you and your story. At no point do you ever feel uncomfortable and that is so valuable to me. I contacted Inspire because I was experiencing one frustrating running injury after another. Between Chelsea and Alan's expert guidance and therapy, we've addressed the source of my problems and, many months later, I'm injury-free and have a plan to stay that way.
