I was dealing with lower back pain for about a week and decided to try shock wave therapy at Inspire Physical Therapy. I’m so glad I did. The treatment really helped reduce my pain and improve how I was moving in a short amount of time. The staff was knowledgeable, supportive, and took the time to explain the process and what to expect. Great experience overall and I would absolutely recommend Inspire PT to anyone!
Chelsea is the best!! I went in to my asessment pretty down about my shoulders current state but became more and more confident learning each new thing about the status of my condition as well as the path to getting back to my normal self. Chelsea did a great job of breaking down a plan and figuring out where exactly I am in the rehab process. Again big thanks to inspire for their help!

I Came to Alan after I had an old injury resurface. If you have ever experienced nerve pain (L5-S1 sufferer)you know how frustrating and debilitating it can be. Alan helped me to address the root of the problem and get me back on track with my active lifestyle pain free. He answered all of my questions and helped me come up with a plan so I can avoid this same injury in the future.
