Alan and his team are incredible. I have been having issues with lower back pain for several months. My wife suggested I try physical therapy before I start the long road of medical scans, pain medication and possible surgery. Alan immediately identified a problem with a muscle inhibition and imbalance in my left hip. I was put on a daily routine of exercises to improve the activation of my hip flexor. I had such a positive experience working with Chelsea! I came in with shoulder pain that was limiting my ability to work out, sleep, and simply move through my day. After completing 10 sessions with Chelsea, I am pain free and regaining my mobility. I appreciate the expertise and genuine care I received at Inspire Physical Therapy.
Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable! Alan did a great job with my shoulder and even got me back to throwing a baseball again. I would definitely recommend this business!
