Edit: So this is a legitimate review, I do have experience with this facility, and clearly I made the right choice to seek therapy elsewhere as I do NOT bother leaving phony reviews on random businesses sites on Google. From the moment I got a timely appointment as a new patient to the days I've been treated my experience has been superb. I have been to other PT facilities and none compare to Inspire. Every appointment I had started on time, every staff member was friendly, professional and most of all effective in delivering their part of my overall experience. Yeah, the customer experience will be the undoing of this facility. I had a great experience with a past therapist who I am unsure if they still work at this facility. Family members even had therapy with the same therapist and we had positive outcomes. However, when we came back for a separate issue to restart therapy, the reception received was less than expected and off-putting. We decided to opt for another facility within walking distance and received a warmer welcome.
I was so hopeful when scheduling my appt. with this facility but my experience was less than favorable. I scheduled an 8:00 appt. for massage and knee therapy. I received a reminder call asking me to arrive 15 minutes early. I left the house early the morning of my appt. in order to get there the 15 minutes early but drove around the area for 15 minutes looking for the facility before pulling over at Thrive for directions.
