It has been a very positive experience so far! Very encouraging to work with! Very thorough in teaching me how to do my exercises for at home during the week!
Therapist is very knowledgeable and professional. Manual techniques and skills are superb. She taught me multiple things, I gained insight into products for menopause. The pelvic floor knowledge I gained has been valuable and I learned how to get bladder issues under control. Well worth the time and though it is expensive, the one on one care and treatment was worth it.
My experience here has been so great, everyone is very nice! Alex Janson has been so helpful in my emergency c section recovery, specifically my issues with my scar sensation/mobility. She has created a care plan tailored to me and how my body responds to the treatments. Appointments are also very punctual, which is a huge plus. I am so glad I decided to try it out and I highly recommend!
