I being trying to refinance my mortgage with this company since February 3rd and until now nothing is done. I have forwarded all the requested documents at least 3 times by now. Also noticed that they keep chaining the loan officers several times. I texted the loan officer several times and I still have no response. Not sure they are a reliable company. I hope the CEO reads this reviews. I would love to have a conversation with whoever own this company as my mortgage file is still open with no closing date.. I will not recom... read more

This is one completely unprofessional company, and there’s no accountability for the processing department, underwriting department, or even for the direct loan officer Chris. I’ve been waiting on closing since December 30, 2020, and has been pushed back to January 14. If you are looking to refinance go elsewhere!!! I’m not even sure how legit this company is or if they follow the full proceedings when it comes to recording conversations over the phone. I give it the next Couple of years before they are no longer in business... read more
