I am very happy with Inspire Health Service at West End. The staff create an inclusive environment to help you reach your health and fitness goals. I enjoy the group classes - such a lovely and yet challenging atmosphere. Everyone seems great, and particular shout out to EPs Aurora, Alex and Pat who are always so helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. I won't get to the gym by 5.30am for anyone else!
If you’re using an EPC referral at this clinic, be aware that initial appointments may focus more on selling a long-term treatment plan rather than direct treatment or exercises. I had expected hands-on care during my sessions but was instead encouraged to commit to an extended program that would have cost me out-of-pocket beyond my referral coverage. If you prefer straightforward treatment within the scope of your EPC, it may be worth asking in advance about their approach.
I had an initial consult with Lachlan, He was very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what was going on and what would fix it. The stretches he gave me worked wonders and has made me confident with my up coming visits with the exercise physiotherapist.
Inspire helped with my recovery from a partially torn the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in one of the knees from an injury 3 years ago and was recommended Inspire by some friends and coworkers for a paired physio and in house training clinic to do some targeted rehab and strengthening on the knee. Molly helped me remain comfy and fit during pregnancy, start to finish and beyond. Now 7 weeks postpartum and she's helping me with my recovery. Sarah has been an excellent trainer and Pilates instructor for years now.
Jaiden is doing a great job. Thank you for fixing few pain point my kids had and on going care.
