I've appreciated Alicia's skills and have been a client since she moved to the area. It's been wonderful to see her services expand and grow. She's truly a professional with a big heart which is apparent in the business she has planted in Land O' Lakes and has tended to lovingly. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to stay active and healthy.

I was so impressed with the massage.I got from Alicia. For wellness, I get massages weekly when i'm at home in Missouri from a great therapist couple. And when I travel, I like to get massages and have always compared them back to the ones that I got in Missouri. I believe the massage that I got from Alicia is the best one i've ever had. Now, I just have to figure out how to get on her very crowded schedule. I can't wait to be back on her table!

I have been going to Alicia's Barre classes for over 2 years. I am stronger, more flexible, and am even better at my yoga practice because of Barre. Thank you Alicia for your dedication to your students and time and energy you take for us. You show up, we show up and work our butts off literally. Thank you again for your gift of healing (in many forms).
