For anyone applying: Don't get your hopes up, this is a discriminatory employer. They will not hire you unless your record is clean. Inspirata Pointe is the newest addition to the Royal Oak community. My parents have lived at Royal Oaks for over 8 years after having lived in the area and checked out the options for more than 20. And they are VERY happy they moved in and lived here as the transitional care arrangements are wonderful. Of particular importance has been the quality and care of the staff.
