This review applies to the cashiers in the CAFETERIA and one of ladies in lobby (where obtain the pass). On Sep 21, I went to the cafeteria. I stood there while the 2 cashiers carry on a conversation with a guy, totally ignoring me. I had to interrupt them by calling attention to the items I was holding/waiting to pay for. This morning, Sept 23, there was a line waiting to get passes to gain access to our love ones. However, this young lady was carry on a conversation with a UPS guy that was on his way out. I had to go here via Ambulance a few days ago and was relieved to see such tremendous improvement. This experience was like night and day compared to my past experiences with Inspira. Hopefully they continue to improve.
I had a good same day surgery experience. Timely,smooth transition from registration, to holding area,surgical suite,recovery, to discharge. No complaints.
