My therapist is the best! I can't thank him enough! But I see why they have such a terrible rating. Called Monday, December 9th, at 8:52 to express my concerns. Left a voicemail, and to this day 12/16/24 still no call back. Went to the ER, and still no follow-up from anyone at this office. Leave you high and dry. I asked for a call back from the DON or whoever oversees the office. Let's see if anyone calls me. I am also filing a complaint with the New Jersey Ethics office who oversees medical offices. don,t be fooled into thinking your very personal thoughts will be kept confidential by your "caring professional therapist ". I've been violated to the "n,th" degree. 1 star for validating my parking tickets
Rowan University has terrible mental health services. They pay their hotline workers minimum wage for a beyond stressful position, & no proper training to be a crisis hotline worker. The hotline has hung up on my friends, therapists always cancel appointments, & Rowan does nothing about it. There “professionals” are not professionals, and are beyond under qualified.
Under qualified and a disgrace to the mental health crisis. Can someone help shut them down
