Stated 1 month of therapy is sufficient to address 15+ years of childhood trauma, cheating on spouse, verbally abusing spouse and child for 10+ years. But 1 month is adequate to address all this and deem the patient has addressed their problems. Inspiras therapists are not worth going to if you really want to get help for yourself. As an Inspira employee myself, I am appalled. I got a letter in the mail discharging me from the practice because they stated I was a no show for an appointment. I was in the hospital and when receiving an appointment reminder text, I hit the reschedule button and never did receive a call to reschedule the appointment. My letter stated I could get a 30 day prescription of my depression medication after discharge, but after making SEVERAL attempts to get a message over to the provider, I was ignored and never sent a 30 day su... read more
My therapist is the best! I can't thank him enough! But I see why they have such a terrible rating. Called Monday, December 9th, at 8:52 to express my concerns. Left a voicemail, and to this day 12/16/24 still no call back. Went to the ER, and still no follow-up from anyone at this office. Leave you high and dry. I asked for a call back from the DON or whoever oversees the office. Let's see if anyone calls me. I am also filing a complaint with the New Jersey Ethics office who oversees medical offices.
