As a business owner, I truly despise leaving anyone a negative review. However, my experience with inspector outlet has been extremely stressful when it comes to reaching someone regarding an issue. I purchased over $1,000 worth of equipment and only received have of the order.. tried emailing and calling for WEEKS and have not heard anything back. It’s to the point that I’m going to have to take legal action to receive either a refund or my item. These guys must be to big to answer or show any care about my situation.

I ordered the inspector at work sign and it arrived damaged. I took a couple pictures and sent that in to customer service to see if they could help me out. They responded very quickly and sent me a new sign within a couple of days. Thank you Inspector Outlet!!
