Got a pack of 6 which are almost 20 and I’m fine with paying it because it’s a fun late night adventure but I got there got all the wrong cookies and there were ice cold! Very disappointed. I know everyone has an off now but now I feel like I got had. Cold cookies and not even what I ordered.

I don’t usually eat cookies, but found myself craving some today, and thank goodness I did, because that unexpected craving led me to one of the kindest people I’ve ever met: Kafia! Her customer service completely blew my party away! The cookies were already SO delicious, but her kindness made them unforgettable! Truly one of the most heartwarming store experiences I’ve had in a long time :)

As busy as this location probably is, I’m always met with the best customer service and vibrant employees, and prompt attention. The cookies are always fresh and baked to perfection.
