Ordered cookies via doordash - insomnia delivers them directly. After over 3 hours I called for a refund and insomnia cookies just hung up on me. Doordash explained that Insomnia has to be the one to refund since they handle delivery of the order. Refusing to refund or deliver the order sure feels like fraud to me.
Is not open “insomnia.” It is always closed for the only time you would want to actually have their food.
Crazy wait for 2 cookies. Costumer service is very very slow and bad. Don’t recommend if you don’t have patience
