Delivered to the wrong house. Had to walk around the neighborhood to try to find it. Found it and order was not complete. Last time I order from them.
There was a mix up of my order for an ice cream sandwich and they immediately apologized and corrected it very politely and let me keep the other one 🥰 the kind young man at the counter was a wonderful person and very friendly. In the past me and my boyfriend have gone there and encountered some sour attitudes from some other staff members and were discouraged from going there for a while. I’m glad we stopped in tonight to encounter the wonderful staff on schedule. (03/12/25) @ 9:11pm.
I couldn’t locate my delivery and the store promptly sent me a new batch within 10 minutes!
This location is horrible. Waited 20 mins for an employee to come off a ten min break then asked me to wait another ten min while they set up things that should of been done at opening because it’s noon at this point, then after waiting a half hour a damn cookie he tells me they don’t have any left besides a couple. Don’t waste your time. Go to a different location. The employees in the am shift are horrible.
