I don’t usually eat cookies, but found myself craving some today, and thank goodness I did, because that unexpected craving led me to one of the kindest people I’ve ever met: Kafia! Her customer service completely blew my party away! The cookies were already SO delicious, but her kindness made them unforgettable! Truly one of the most heartwarming store experiences I’ve had in a long time :)
I’ve gotten multiple orders from this location, and each time has been nothing short of amazing! As busy as this location probably is, I’m always met with the best customer service and vibrant employees, and prompt attention. The cookies are always fresh and baked to perfection. From years prior to now, you can definitely see the difference and consistency.
