Placed an order online. Was given a delivery time of noon. 12 mins before my scheduled delivery time, there is still no movement of my order on the app. Try to call the number to check on the status of my order. Let the phone ring 20 times. No answer. Called back acting as if I were going to place an order. Got an answer. Cancelled my order. Requested a refund. I just wanted to stop in and leave a quick note about our visit yesterday. We came in as a group, and right away we noticed that one of your workers—who’s usually incredibly upbeat, full of energy, and always brings so much fun to the experience—just wasn’t himself. We later learned that there’s new management, and that they apparently don’t like him being so enthusiastic. Honestly, that’s really disappointing to hear.
