This is probably the worst Insomnia Cookies I've been to, I've ordered from them thru DoorDash twice and it was never a good experience. I waited over an hour to get my cookies & ice cream delivered only for me to call them asking where it is because its been over an hour and the rude lady who answered the phone said it was on the stairs. The app was never updated until after I called and how do you leave ice cream on the stairs to melt, which it did when the instructions specially said leave at my door please. The lady at counter is too rude, not willing to serve icecream and bad attitude.
The serving lady at the front was least bothered and just stopped serving icecream by saying it's too hard to get it out in a scoop, never going to this place again, avoid it like a plague !
Do not bother trying to get a job here THEY DO NOT HIRE. They post “Ghost jobs” just to get resumes but have no intentions of calling anyone back. DO NOT APPLY.
