Believe all the one star reviews and do NOT eat from here. I ordered online expecting the order to arrive at 9:55 latest (I ordered the cookies around 9:00) and they still hadn’t arrived at 11:00. Frustrated, I tried to call the store for any updates on my order. Of course, there was no answer. What a mess this place is.
Very bad waiting almost 30 minutes first no one come in front counter then again wait for 20 mint for my order soo bad service
Just called this place 5 mins ago, extremely rude when i simply asked if the driver would be coming soon because i ordered almost an hour ago and there were 0 delivery updates. whoever answered the phone was super short with me and had an attitude. i get it’s late, but jesus christ.
First time trying Insomnia. Definitely not losing sleep. Horrible customer service experience.
