The service here is incompetent. Insane wait times for simple deserts. It’s always under staffed. The communication is absolutely terrible. The store front is left unmanned while the employee(s) do only god know what. I waited 30 minutes for 6 cookies. Left and came back and cookies still weren’t ready. This is the only one in the chain I’ve experienced this horrible service at. Why even be open if this is the service you’re giving?

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to, Isa was very nice! You guys definitely have a great employee, he helped me and my brother make a great choice with our snacks tonight, S/O to Isa for being so kind, great customer service!
