First of all, these cookies are undoubtedly AMAAAAZING. On all of our spontaneous visits - at various times of day & night, on weekdays & weekends - cookies are always fresh-baked (perfectly warm & gooey). During a recent visit to this West Chester location, we were slightly overcharged when we ordered a cookie with some ice cream.
