It’s been 3 hours! I ordered directly from Insomnia’s website at 8:09 p.m. & have yet to receive my order. I asked to cancel the order & was told they could only resend my order. This is completely unacceptable. I went to the store to get a refund & was met with nothing but attitude, a worker that wanted to argue with me, lies about my order, & excuses. They kept saying only the manager could give me a refund, but coincidentally the manager wasn’t there & didn’t answer her phone, so I had to get the POLICE involved to get my... read more
There is a reason this location is only 3.6 stars. Most of the employees have been rude in the times I’ve been there, but tonight took the cake. The young woman at the counter scolded me when I dared to take my receipt from the printer on the counter rather than wait for her to hand it to me. Ridiculous. I’m done with this business. As you will see, I rarely leave poor reviews, but sometimes it’s warranted. Avoid this location!
