Bestie insomnia <3. I love the cookies very much. I strongly dislike parking in fed, though, so it’s annoying to pick up an order. It’s fine other than that!
I almost never have cravings. Tonight I was craving cookies and I love Insomnia Cookies. I placed my order at 6PM. It is now 9:30PM AND I HAVE GOTTEN ZERO COMMUNICATION. I called the store SEVERAL times and it just keeps ringing. I’m livid. It is absolutely ridiculous to pay for something and receive nothing. You all need to fix this ASAP or I WILL get news outlets involved regarding the service at ALL of your locations.
There is a reason this location is only 3.6 stars. Most of the employees have been rude in the times I’ve been there, but tonight took the cake. The young woman at the counter scolded me when I dared to take my receipt from the printer in the counter rather than wait for her to hand it to me. Ridiculous. I’m done with this business. As you will see, I rarely leave poor reviews, but sometimes it’s warranted. Avoid this location!
