I have made several pick ups at several insomnia locations in the DMV. The customer service has been consistently warm personable and friendly. This past Sunday executing a pickup at the Scott Bates commons location on John Hopkins campus, my first time there. DO NOT order delivery from this store unless you expect to wait forever and/or not receive your entire order. Missing 2 ice creams and the extra cookie from rewards points. When calling the store to get a refund for not receiving our full order, we’re told they don’t give refunds and they could deliver the rest of the order if we wanted.
