Very good tasting ice cream
Insomniac Server At 8:30pm, 3 employees and 1 Customer but the Server seemed too interested in leaving the cashier and ho to sofa and be on phone. My kid asked for Brownie with icecream and the Server didn’t even heat the brownie! The very USP of the dish. Didn’t even ask and was quick to slap ice cream. The other employee was just click clacking on phone on the sofa. My kid was “brownie is hard” and at $10, it was a waste. No offer to give again but said “You should have asked for warm brownie. Just wanted to acknowledge the great and SPEEDY customer service by Caprice at the 33rd Street location. She actually called me and made sure my issue was resolved immediately. She was professional and very nice about everything. Definitely a class act.
