I'm removing my 5 star review for this location. Today, I ordered cookies around 9pm. Something came up and I didn't actually go to get them until 11pm. I explained my situation to the workers and asked if I could have my cookies remade (they tried to give me the cookies that had been sitting on the oven for 2 hours). The woman didn't even think about it, she said I could have what they had ready (also not fresh) and said she'd substitute the cookies they didn't have baked. I usually am a fan of Insomnia. I go in to place my orders. The one time I say let me try the app and pre order they don’t even fill my pint up. For $12.74 and I’m ordering more than one it should be filled all the way up. This is ridiculous. And no they are not melted.

Went to the 33rd street Insomnia just for a drink took worker 5 min to come from the back ( was not friendly at all) paid $4.02 for a 20 oz bottle of coke. Shameful just Shameful!! Never going back not even for a cookie!
