I ordered delivery because they had a good deal on National Cookie Day (buy 1 get 1 free with free delivery) and the delivery driver completely failed to make the delivery. The driver called me claiming the delivery location was closed despite it being open 24/7. I told the driver I would wait outside for them, and I waited in the cold for over 10 minutes and it was below 50 degrees outside. Ordered a delivery for my mothers birthday was told it would be there the day before her birthday or the day of. It was never received. It’s the day after, and the website says it was delivered, however, it was never delivered. What a crappy service reflecting on me, giving a crappy gift for my parent.

My coworkers and I had ordered cookies from Insomnia Cookies today. We specifically asked for the cookies to be delivered to Suite A and to ring the doorbell. The delivery driver never rang the doorbell and left the cookies on the ground. So disgusting! Who leaves a food delivery on the nasty ground??? We will never order again!!

Everytime we decide to go to insomnia located at ************************************************************************* they are always closed ! I? went last week monday at 10pm ********* and doors closed, decided to go again friday at 12am closed again but the lights were on and people in the building. INSOMNIA COOKIES, *********************** LOCATION ************* DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION! MANAGER/OWNER HERE (HE HAS A CHEAP ***** TINTED WINDOW CAR) IS RACIST/HATES DOGS AND IS DIRTY!I stopped by this location last night while walking my dog, to get some cookies. The manager hops out of his car after parking in a handicapped spot (he's not handicapped) and runs into the store. I wish I could give this negative stars based on customer service and lack there of. I placed a preorder at 4:30 PM for a 7:30 PM same day delivery. It should have been a very easy order. However, by 7:50 the order had not arrived and per their own tracking on the website it showed the order was still "baking". I called the store to see what was going on because I had a house full of kids for a party waiting for these. I was sent insomnia cookies by a friend in PHILLY when i was there. When I came home to NYC I tried to order many times but for some reason I am "out of the delivery area", however, a few weeks ago I was walking in my neighborhood during the day and saw an insomnia cookies close enough to where I live to get a delivery...
