I am overwhelmed with Brenda. I have had a few therapists over my 60 years. I am a Retired Paramedic from the City of New York. And believe me when I tell you I have seen some pretty bad things in my life. I certainly have had some screws knocked loose in my head. No one EVER has gotten to the core of my difficulties as Brenda has. Each session I have had with her improved me in ways that’s hard to explain. I found Brenda to be a warm, and caring teacher. She really took her time to get to know me as a person. I learned so much that day and left feeling like a different person, a better version of myself. Brenda also followed up afterwards, to see how I was doing and if I had any further questions. I can't say enough positive things about my experience, and how grateful I am to have found Brenda. She is a true blessing!

Brenda is a fantastic teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of Reiki, hypnosis, and living an authentic life. She creates an environment which is safe and supportive so the student is free to learn and create without judgement. I am a better hypnotherapist after working with her.

I met with Brenda for a series of hypnosis sessions and found them very beneficial. Hypnosis helped me get to the root of issues I deal with and gave me a path to change. I learned a number of tools to deal with stress, conflict and emotions. I have a better perspective on a number of things now.
