Excellent work ethics, friendly, and community driven.
This center is great and really helps me! The staff is so caring and receptive. I came in with a specific issue in mind but received help on that and much more. I highly recommend Insights and their staff.

Regarding Kasi Legrand- Treated me as though I had no schedule/ time constraints of my own. No CBT techniques given, frequent cancellations, showed up 10-15 min late without any notice via email or phone, and texted me late at night to cancel sessions.The one time I asked her (after many, many instances) to please not change and cancel our sessions 2 minutes beforehand (she had been doing so the night before late at night, and the hours/ minutes before), she dropped me as a client immediately, lashed out, and told me to see ... read more
