Just my experience - I had high hopes for my meditation experiences with Insight - but my hopes were too high. One group was good. I liked them - Michael Stroud was a solid teacher. Even went to a workshop with Trudy Goodman. But I took a Zoom class with a super corny name that could not have been more of a disaster. I paid for a zoom session as I am on the opposite coast, there was a glitch and the zoom didn't happen, perhaps because it was a double holiday week. InsightLA took care of me promptly, professionally and very friendly. I am very happy and satisfied!

I -PAID- for a Zoom session. I got a link and also a phone link. A half hour after it was supposed to start... it didn't. "Waiting for host to start" on both web and phone Zoom. Ok... these things happen, its frustrating but stuff does happen. But I got no response to emails (I included a screen grab of my receipt, my computer time and "Waiting for Host..."). I would take a refund or a voucher for another session I said in both email and phone message. So I guess I'm forced to do a CHARGEBACK with VISA. My feeling is either ... read more
