Factor Loads is one of the most frustrating factoring companies I’ve ever worked with. They regularly receive checks from brokers weeks in advance, yet delay releasing payments to carriers. Communication is extremely poor, and it’s nearly impossible to get clear answers. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NEW/UNFAMILIAR, DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. Funding takes +12hrs whether its an advance or not. If you ever need help after 4pm, you better hire a translator. Aside from that, this is the type of company that after receiving proof, will acknowledge their app (specifically the fuel map) doesnt work and then refuse to compensate any losses you took. This company treats there employees terrible. I know more than 2 people who have been terminated for no reason stated without notice. This is not a company I would want to work with or work for.

Any carrier looking to factor their loads, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in the industry!
