I engaged this company with the explicit purpose of preventing a state wage garnishment. Despite paying them $2,400 and working with them for over a year, the garnishment proceeded regardless. I possess written correspondence from their representatives confirming that the garnishment should never have occurred and that they are uncertain as to why it did. This place is a scam, scam, scam. Do not give them any money. You will regret it. They are a bunch of thieves.
I can't tell you how much Andrew helped me out. It started with a certain online tax software and it seemed great at first until I got audited. Andrew walked me through everything and took his time explaining my issues. I will be using Insight every year from now on. I introduced a business friend to Insight and Andrew helped him out with some issues as well. Insight was worth every single penny and they now have 2 customers for life.
Highly professional, reasonably priced, well explained and obviously experienced tax services. Answered all of the questions that I had in a forthright manner and saved me from a ton of headaches on my unique tax situation. Worth every penny in my opinion. Highly recommended.
