I engaged this company with the explicit purpose of preventing a state wage garnishment. Despite paying them $2,400 and working with them for over a year, the garnishment proceeded regardless. I possess written correspondence from their representatives confirming that the garnishment should never have occurred and that they are uncertain as to why it did. I can't tell you how much Andrew helped me out. It started with a certain online tax software and it seemed great at first until I got audited. Andrew walked me through everything and took his time explaining my issues. I will be using Insight every year from now on.
