SCAM! Stay away! They lure you in by letting you speak to very professionally sounding employees (probably legit ex-lawyers who maybe failed at getting a successful career in a proper law firm). Upfront we've asked if it will be a one and only fee - they said yes. Do not give this company your money. As others have said, this company steals money from innocent people. Insight made my company pay in advance for our 2021 tax filing and the work to file a **** to change to an S Corp. They did file the 2021 taxes but we were ignored for months on end in regards to progress with the new designation filing. I have to give one star to write this. Ryan Davis told me an amount for tax issues and said there would not be any additional fees. They called me a year later and asked for more money that I rightly gave. Then a month goes by and they call again for more money and because I refused they canceled my contract with no receipt of where my $11,000 was allotted. Insulted me on the phone over and over. DO NOT HIRE they will scam you
