Ordered pictures last day to not get charged shipping. Even got a verification code to complete order. I never got a receipt emailed of confirmation so I called to check on order. I emailed and no one responded. So I decided to call and they never got my order and if I wanted to order the pictures I would be charged for shipping. they leave their company watermark on corner of photos & their wallet photos are uncut. you do not get digital versions to print them yourself. quality is average.

I have been waiting for my girls pictures since December 2020. Its been two months and the number they have on their website does not work!!

Used Insight for my team photos. They were able to come in on short notice (time change from afternoon to morning). They came in, asked what I was looking to do and gave me suggestions along with multiple angles. The photos came out great and only a few days wait time. Definitely using for years to come.
