The offerings of teachings and meditations at IMSB are fantastic. Shaila Catherine, a principle teacher, is both down to earth and scholarly. I've been following her for over 10 years. She is a true gem.
My favorite spiritual community in the South Bay. I'm grateful to have a place of refuge where I belong and feel welcomed. Shaila and the guest presenters are sincere, wise and compassionate, and I always leave lighter and more at ease.
