I think most of us at this center feel fortunate and grateful to have this meditation center to go to. The main teacher, Gil, is full of wisdom and compassion. I’ve become so much happier with myself since I started meditating.
Good to meditate and great yoga on Thursday 9am come by so some healthy stretches.
