Tried working with Tim M. and had to reach out multiple times trying to get updates. He never would contact me when he said he would, told me he would reach out for information he needed and never did, and ultimately never responded to me. I went with fairway lending services and was able to get my credit ran and numbers back in the same day. Unlike with insight who took weeks and still never got me numbers. Definitely DO NOT recommend. Poor customer service.
