I went to John because I had been struggling with sleep walking. I mean like crazy, get up, run through the house screaming type of sleep walking. I'll bet I got 4 hours of sleep a night even though I gave myself 9 hours to sleep. He took a few minutes to get to know me and decide if he could help. John changed my life. I know that technically he gave my mind the tools it needed to do some much-needed healing; but after years of trying to work things out through other therapy, I'm just gonna summarize by saying John fixed what no one else could.
