I’ve been going to Kristalyn since Fall of 25 and wanted to give myself time before I wrote a review. First off, the amount of time she takes to understand what you want to work on, truly is a relief. On days when I didn’t feel like I was articulating what I was feeling, she got curious and asked questions to get to the root. I really appreciated feeling heard. I saw Kristalyn for a QHHT session and it was a very positive experience. The studio is warm and welcoming, and Kristalyn made me feel very comfortable. The best way for me to describe my QHHT session with Kristalyn is PHENOMENAL!! If Google allowed 10 stars, I'd give 10 stars without hesitation. I had only heard about hypnosis in the form of entertainment (Las Vegas shows, etc.) but wasn't sure if it would actually be able to help me with my personal circumstances.
