I'm so glad we have this option in NWA! I was a little skeptical, as with most things. Kristalyn has an exceptional way of explaining what hypnosis is and what it is not. She made me feel comfortable to relax and has a wonderful, soothing voice. I sleep WONDERFULLY the nights I have done hypnosis.
