This company is a joke, all they know how to do is take money….. Literally! All they know how to do correctly is except payments… Now keeping track of those payments is a different story! The girls at the front desk are disrespectful, they will swear at you and treat you like trash, not a customer, and as far as management goes, I won’t even go there! Do yourself a favor even if it cost you a couple more dollars to a different company. Trust me you will be glad you did.
We rent and haven't dealt with propane for years. Had no idea that we had to purchase from whomever owned the tank which was not labeled in any way. We proceeded to contact many propane dealers and get some price quotes. Virtually all the contacts were straightforward and helpful when contacted which led us to arrange for our tank to be filled by another company in a week.
