shoved bill under my doormat and then sent me to collections when I didn't find the bill in time. No email bill, no EASY way to pay online. Just kinda old school and frustrating to deal with. I've taken to checking our garden beds every day in case one of the bills they randomly left outside blew away. Will not email me a bill.
I want to give a shout out to John & Waylon, they were professional, prompt, & very courteous. Imagine my horror at finding our propane tank at 15% in advance of this severe cold. They were here the next day to fill the tank on an extremely cold day. I will definitely be a return customer to Insight FS. Can't give them enough kudos!
