This is a trash bank don’t ever use this bank. If you have the choice went to this branch they never even came to the window. Nothing it was at 3:30. I had a loan payment due, and it was too late to go to another branch so now the loan is late this bank is garbage
Love them
First they close your account without warning, then this bank will create barriers to penalize you and to keep your money. They have been rude, unhelpful, and unethical. They play the small independent credit union card and talk about audits, where is the audit for the extra money you have kept from customers. Customer service is no help and will actually laugh at you. My family probably had a combined 80 years of banking with them. Now it looks like they’re are only three branches left and I can see why. They’re thieves.
The 2 star rating of this credit union is more than they deserve. There are so many better credit unions with awesome customer service than this one. Save yourself the stress. Value the online reviews.
I first joined in 1997 and they were wonderful, they acted in the manner of a cooperative and you were treated as a valued member. Over the last decade they've changed, and seem to have the philosophy that your purpose is to generate maximum profits. They now have all the fees and horrible interest rates of a large commercial bank with all the inconveniences of a credit union with limited locations.
