I was the victim of identity theft involving multiple credit unions, and Insight Credit Union was by far the most difficult to deal with. Over the course of two weeks, I called four times attempting to report fraud and cooperate with an investigation. Today I was at the orlando downtown branch to do a withdrawal. Was was met by Yashira. She was engaging pleasant and professional to interact with. She crossed all the ts at the end of my transaction. She is a keeper and deserving of a promotion sooner than later. God bless you in your future endeavors.
they were the bank that I refinance my auto loan through. But their online system was absolutely terrible. I was always on time with my payment with Capital One when they held my loan even though it was $200 more expensive and when I changed to these guys I ended up with a late fee on my first payment and they wanted to charge me eight dollars to take a payment over the phone bc tge online system was so difficult to navigate.
