I want to share my experience with a manager at Inside Credit Union Madeline Dejesus(NMLS1381570),who helped me immensely. She addressed a three-year-old mistake that no one else could fix. She was extremely polite, professional, and acted quickly. I truly appreciated her kindness and expertise. She also offered me several services, and together we chose the best one for both me and the bank. It was a pleasure working with her, and I am very grateful for her support.
I have not had any issues at any of their locations in the past or present transactions. Yes the bank is quiet,but their system is great and not much is required unless you have an issue with your card or a loan.
It is quite true that there are little staff to serve customers, but the attention is excellent, I see in past reviews that there were people who were not pleasant towards the clients, I can say that they changed those people and currently have good people attending professionally.
Went to the Kissimmee location to see why i dont have the zelle option, only one employee there working and to his mind he "helped me" and said everything is good now cause we could see that my app of the bank showed the zelle option, just to found out that neither i can't send money nor receive money, and in emergencies like this i cant count on this bank because they're customer service on the weekends dont work.
