This branch has horrible customer service. They take so much time to complete the simplest task with every visit. Insight bank overall sucks. I have tried to stay loyal but I have had it. I quit.!!! Close me out. I would never recommend this bank to anyone
This app and credit union is more of a piece of SHIT than it was last year. You can no longer deposit checks using your scanner and you still can not download the app to an andriod tablet. I have called and called asking for help and have not gotten anywhere This whole thing sucks . They have made it impossible to do business on line anymore. Who ever thought this was an improvement needs to join the real world or at least find a new job

terrible bank to get a car loan from. When i switched to a much lower rate at Fairwinds (they refused to do so) they without my permission...instead of sending me back the overpayment they opened a savings account...then charged me fees for this ....they waited over three months to even notify me.....and now they refuse to refund the $20.00 in fees for an account i didnt even know existed. What a greedy bank.
My family and I have had an absolutely fantastic experience with the Ocala Insight family. I look forward to future business with them!
