Signed up to take advantage of Insight's Incentive checking account. Had issues when I signed up for the account and had to go to the branch even though when I did their video conference to set up the account, they said everything was fine. I set up e-statements as required to receive the higher interest but due to a credit union issue they had with old account their system did not show I had even though my view of the account showed that I had.
