They advertise free checking, but actually charge you fees if you don't use their obsolete bill pay system. Why in the world would I want to snail-mail someone a check, when everyone offers the availability to pay bills with a debit card. I'm not so much upset about the $5.00 fee, it's that I was lied to. Free checking is actually, "Fee Checking."
