I recently opened a savings/checking account with Insight and have been inside a few times - and EVERY time I go in I am treated VERY well by everyone I've met!!!! I'm VERY glad I chose to become one of their members!!!!
could not get them to answer phone to check my balance for 3 days on all 888 m 407 and smart line number and would not take my member number online or respond email just to check my balance. and would not answer branch number called lost debit card number trying to get a live person he says he couldnt help told me to google branch number !! Called again next day to lost debit card dept to get live person he told me to drive to an atm machine to get balance ! really?? I live 20 miles from an atm machine. They advertise free checking, but actually charge you fees if you don't use their obsolete bill pay system. Why in the world would I want to snail-mail someone a check, when everyone offers the availability to pay bills with a debit card. I'm not so much upset about the $5.00 fee, it's that I was lied to. Free checking is actually, "Fee Checking."
love bank but getting the phone number is BS and trying to get into my account online has become a pain in the rump ever sense they changed everything please fix this is becoming a problem
