Have not received statement for auto loan at this time. Insight called when payment was late told them I have recieved no payment. Called insight 55min. Waiting just to long. Looking to refinance load with more responsible company
I think they have an issue with me. Every time I tried to get smaller bills or even big bills they they claim that don't have any and then I have to drive up to the Silver Springs blvd store to get what I need. What kind of bank don't have change? I even been questioned on what I want it for. Really isn't any of their business! It's my money! All of the other FLC's never had any problems with.
Stephanie, Kayla, and Sandy when I walk in the bank and I'm greeted by my first name. Makes me feel welcome and appreciated ,they are amazing all the time. I love banking with loving people that treat you like family. I'm working on my family to join the most caring bank. I'm my football voice GO INSIGHT TEAM...!!!!
