We used Insight to do our first year business taxes. We were very transparent with them from the beginning with everything and they estimated it would run about $500. We were informed the least amount of times we need to come in the less the invoice would be. We came in once to drop our info off and once to pick them up once they were complete. Insight used to do our business payroll and taxes. They were fine for a while, but got sloppy toward the end. They made assumptions about our returns without asking. They did not bother to tell us when we needed to pay quarterly estimates, and that cost us. The State of Illinois actually sent us a refund check after THEY discovered that Insight filed our taxes incorrectly.
