The instructors are brilliant, so knowledgeable and supportive. The studio itself is serene and gorgeous, with top-notch equipment and pristine cleanliness. I've seen such an improvement in my flexibility, strength, and overall well-being since I started coming to Insight. The community is amazing, everyone is so friendly and encouraging!
