We have been looking for a new teak bench for ages - nothing was quite right until we went to InsideOut Toronto. Through my work I have been to many many outdoor furniture stores this past summer and I must say I found all the staff at InsideOut to be excellent - helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great variety of styles and finishes, plus all the accessories you could ever want. They also have a very good and reasonably priced custom shop for covers, cushions etc. So thank you InsideOut for a great shopping experience!
Amazing experience at Inside Out. Had a very difficult time finding a set online for my backyard that wasn't wicker. Stumbled on this showroom and came in on a whim and am so glad I did. I was greeted warmly by several of the very friendly staff. They took the time to walk us through all of our options, went through the pros and cons of each material and all of the different colorways we could mix and match with (a lot of their stuff is very customizable). We had an amazing experience at InsideOut Patio furniture! Melanie helped us select the perfect set for our space and budget. She provided prompt responses, was very knowledgeable and professional. Our set was delivered within a couple days and the delivery team were great! They were quick, efficient and set up furniture in our desired location. The whole experience was seamless and we absolutely love our new furniture! Would highly recommend this store.
We purchased an exterior dining set. Had it delivered and I noticed when removing the stickers from the underside of the chairs that a couple bumpers were missing for stacking the chairs. Send an email regarding this.I had the bumper shipped me within two days.they even sent 4 spares.
