This store has great sales and even better customer service. They went out of their way to sell and ship CR plastics products (my favourite) at an insanely good price…twice, even though it was no longer on sale the second time. The items were shipped within an hour of ordering both times. My messages were answered within minutes every time. I will be ordering all my outdoor products from this store from now on. I’m beyond impressed. Thank you!
We originally purchased a conversation set from InsideOut Patio ~five years ago, and it has stood up beautifully to spring/summer/fall use and the elements. Still looks and feels great. He helped us pick out the perfect pieces for our patio and a new BBQ, all while keeping us laughing the whole time. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely fun to work with. Beautiful patio furniture at great prices. They are willing to accommodate you if you have any questions. Bonus, it’s a Canadian company! Delivery was quick and easy. James, the delivery driver was lovely. Friendly, kind, and a Husky dog owner like me!
