Bought a new patio set a few months ago and it is stunning. Excellent quality and the service at InsideOut was amazing. Great variety and selection to fit every budget. Highly recommend them for all your outdoor needs! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
We used this store for a few key items….custom furniture covers, cushion upholstery, and a new outdoor umbrella. Nothing but positive experiences. Their communication was quick and professional. Staff in store were knowledgeable and took their time to speak with us. As well, items were finished in a timely manner. Will go here first next time we need anything for our outdoor spaces.
We purchased a $5000+ patio set just over a year ago and already have an issue with it. The product has a 5 year warranty so we contacted the company to have it services but receive an email from then that simply says "After careful evaluation, this is not covered under warranty." We've been trying for over 3 weeks to get an explanation as to why it is not covered under warranty but there are no response from the company. The product we purchase was of subpar quality and customer service is the worst.
